- Brown the Sausage: In a large skillet, cook the pork sausage over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces with a spatula as it browns. Drain off the excess grease carefully.
- Combine Ingredients: Return the skillet to medium heat and add the cubed Velveeta cheese and the entire can of Rotel (including the liquid) to the browned sausage.
- Melt the Cheese: Stir occasionally with a cooking spoon until the Velveeta cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Serve Warm: Once melted and combined, remove from heat. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or your favorite dippers.
