Description

A refreshing Frozen Raspberry Lemonade made with fresh or frozen raspberries, frozen lemonade, half and half, and a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. Perfect for a cool, fruity summer beverage with optional garnishes like fresh mint, lemon slices, and additional raspberries.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 1½ cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ½ 12 ounce can frozen lemonade
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 4½ cups ice cubes

Optional Garnishes

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Lemon slices
  • Additional fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather all ingredients including raspberries, frozen lemonade, half and half, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice cubes. If using fresh raspberries, make sure they are clean.
  2. Load Blender: Place raspberries, frozen lemonade, half and half, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice cubes into the blender, adding them in the order listed for easier blending unless using frozen raspberries.
  3. Blend: Blend the mixture until the ice and raspberries are fully smooth and reach the desired consistency, adjusting blending time as needed for smoothness.
  4. Serve: Pour the frozen raspberry lemonade into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves, lemon slices, and/or extra raspberries if desired.
  5. Enjoy: Drink immediately with a straw for the best, refreshing experience.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of ice cubes or half and half to achieve your preferred consistency.
  • Using frozen raspberries can make the drink colder and thicker without needing as much ice.
  • For a dairy-free version, substitute half and half with coconut milk or almond milk.
  • Garnishes add visual appeal and enhance the refreshing taste but are optional.
