- Slice the bananas: Peel the bananas and cut each one in half. Then cut each half crosswise to get 8 equal pieces of banana total.
- Insert popsicle sticks: Carefully insert a popsicle stick into the bottom of each banana piece, making sure they are secure for dipping.
- Freeze the bananas: Place the banana pieces on the prepared baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until completely frozen through.
- Dip in yogurt: Pour the vanilla yogurt into a tall glass or cup. Dip each frozen banana piece fully into the yogurt to coat it evenly.
- Add chocolate chip features: Place the yogurt-coated banana back on the baking sheet and quickly press 3 mini chocolate chips onto each piece to create eyes and a mouth for the ghost faces.
- Final freeze: Return the banana ghosts to the freezer for an additional 20 minutes to let the yogurt coating set firmly.
